Sorry, but that's just not enough information for us to go on. What kind of pole is it? A utility power or telephone pole? A 2-pole type A3 circuit breaker?

Sorry, but it looks like I'm drawing a blank here. I contacted friends who work with two different electric utility companies, and they are not familiar with a type A3 pole. I'll still keep looking, though.-Rick
