I need help understanding how This Switch is wired in This Video. I want to replicate exactly what is the video but have limited knowledge of what is involved. Thank you.

The "This Switch" hyperlink takes you to element 14. From there you will see that there is a link to the datasheet EE-SX670A Datasheet
On page 4 it shows example circuits.Regards

Hi Nick-Chip is correct, but let me add that the photo interruptor can handle a maximum of 100 milliamps. If your load requires more than that you will need to add a relay or switching transistor. If that's the case, give us the specifics and we'll help you design the circuit.-Rick
