HiI have a PCB assembly and want to know how I can comply with RoHS/REACH regulations. I believe the following to be true:
Q1. Each compnent on the board need to be RoHS compliant for the board as a whole to be declared RoHS compliant? Should any component be non-RoHS then the board is non-RoHS i.e. a PCB assembly is not considered and homogenous material.
Q2. If a component has SVHC material present above 0.1%, the board could still meet REACH if the SVHC concentration is below 0.1% for the whole board?
Q3. If RoHS REACH conflict RoHS takes precedence.
Does anyone have experience of this?
