Hi,
First post here
I'm building an IOT device that needs to be solar powered.Due to existing conditions (northern hemisphere) I need to size my solar panel to worst case scenario making it over-sized in the summer months. I'm using a TI energy harvesting chip with 6V and around 500mA maximum spec. This will definitely be a problem during peak period so I guess I need to implement current limiting (that's what I'm guessing).
But I don't what to interfere with the energy harvesting part. Any pointers on where to start??
