Why Is My IC Design MOSFET Current Source Not Showing Saturation in Simulation?

Hello,
I have this current source and the simulation below:From my calculations... my output current should be around 400uA. Can someone explain to me why the curve looks like my transistors aren't in saturation? They both are and I don't know what to do, I modified the Vdd value and the R value and it's still the same curve.
I know it's a silly question, also I'm sorry if im not posting it in the right section, I just made the account!

The two MOSFETs are wired to be a current-mirror current source, where Iout is approximately the same as Iref = current through R0. This is what the dc.png traces show.There are multiple definitions of the term "saturation": "voltage saturation" and "current saturation" are different. What definition are you using? What definition are those discussing with you using?

I figured it out, I must have a different dc voltage source for the left transistor, one that I am not sweeping. I must do a dc sweep only for the right transistor, therefore, the dc voltage source shown in the schematic.
By saturation I mean when the transistor is in it's active region, where the current is almost constant.
