Analyzing 3 Phase 230V Power System Data in MATLAB: Plotting and Signal Analysis

Dear experts,
Can anyone help me with analysis of dataset for 3 phase power system with 230 v within 5 minutes?
The dataset contains colomns of date/time, voltages, frequencies and some other parameter I don't realize, but it is a bit challanging for me to plot it like a signal such as y=sin(2*pi*f*t) in Matlab. Additionally, wonder how to analyze three phase system. I highly appreciate your kind help in this regard.

Is the dataset in CSV or TXT?
How many columns?
You can find the frequence, phase, FFT....
It is a very big field......
Octave/Matlab have many function for this.

Hello again.
The dataset is in xls form. If you have idea, I will share the dataset. I know the proper function to analyze time-series functions, but the main issue here is that I have only columns of data belong to voltage (230 V), frequency (5Hz). So how can I apply FFT, wavelet or Hilbert transform methods on these data? As I know We can apply the time-frequency analysis methods to a function like y=sin(x) or sin(2*pi*f*t).
Do you have any suggestion/solution to help me?
