I'm currently in a project performing a power quality audit of a facility (a local infirmary to be specific) and we're using a three-phase PQ analyzer (Fluke 435-II) to measure the needed parameters for analysis. We just extracted the data after a week-long measurement and it turns out that phases A and B vary along 120 V DC, but phase C voltage is around 230 V. Any guesses/answers will be very helpful.
