These are little potted bricks that are probably RTL and predated 7400 series TTL chips. (see attached pix) In the ‘70s my under graduate school (Rochester Inst of Tech) had a manual in the library that had the pin outs and specs. I probably made copies of the relevant pages but the data is lost. There is nothing on the net about this co. Have you ever seen any of these? Do you have any idea where I could find spec sheet data?
