Trying to make an incircuit adapter using 2 7HC14 I was told by a fiend that I need two buffer caps . My money that pays for the software My Time to put this together My Electric that I pay for whilst doing this My materials because I build a prototype first and I test it to make sure that it works My Knowledge which took me the best part of 25 - 30 years to be able to do most of this My maintenance on the PC which I have to keep up to date My License fees My Connection to the net which I pay for and I do things my way not your way My programming tools again lots of investment and lots of knowledge over many years experience as well
However at the end of it I give you what you want and it works at the end of it also that simple
If I wanted to make you rich Id be doing everything FOC I don’t because Im not wealthy myself , and I’m definitely not sitting here through choice It was hard work and effort all through my life through which I learnt how too do at least 40% of this on my own with very little help
Just like you I also need to pay bills I don’t expect you to work for nothing don’t expect me to work for nothing unless you want to pay the above plus My rent My Rates My Taxes My Bills etc and Il have pocket money go out with a on a Friday Saturday night and clothing allowance as well Okie kokie

In fact although its sound nasty its not when you think about this Once completed you have the drill plots and pcb design you can then run off a 100 to 1000 quite cheaply and sell them on so it isn’t that unkind at all Its actually more than fair overly fair if you want the truth because something like this although looks simple can take approx three days So that’s three days wages to me and further if you do think that is You have the ability then with what I’ve given you to go out and create work either for yourself or a lot of other people and distribute
So what’s unfair about this ? Nothing !! It works in your favor as much as it does mine
I dont mind helping now and again but I dont do everything FOC I have reasons for this I trust that makes sence Most decent people will accept this these days to be perfectly fair you will be lucky to get even a diagram form a manufacturer now that how mean they are What i do is actually 100 times more than what they ever do
In Fact to give you a little example I had to write a report for someone today as a service to help them someone elese whos been screwed over bu another fairly big company They will win thier case but they cant unless they get back up from engineers such as myself however i dont get paid for it The company i work for on a part time basis see 98% of that income Ill be lucky to see 2% That keeps them in bussiness how ever Its my day off so its been done in my own time which took me nearly a day to do thats because (Im really mean and horrible) which truthfully again if you think about this
I didnt have too write anything at all but i did all the same because I know what its like to have a big concern / small concern take the piff out of someone and screw them over which is also normal these days that much I can tell you as well know only to well what they get up too

Not home on the road so I have been posting from my phone with that circuit the output is 3.7 0r 3v with a 5v input and if I have a 3v input what would the output be ?? There arw several outputs
74hC, 74 ls series cmos level so anything from +12 volts to -12 volts rs232 level to 5 volts Depends on what you are using to talk to the memory devices
If its a laptop then you need a RS232 level convertor hence the 74hct series
I take it is is a laptop you are using If so the pic micro is best suited to the Job you transfere your data to the micro chip from laptop and then load this onto the pic mico which then writes x amount of addresses using on bourd software on the micro via spi bus to the memory device After which the micro then performs a write then read function back to / from the pic micro and verifies back to the laptop via rs232 ( These days USB)
Just a far better design
The other circuit is A ok will also work only level conversion is done via transistors thats the difference but the schematic with the pony software is equally just as good You could also even write your own front end just to write to memory devices Not diffilcullt to achieve really depends on what you want to do
Be nice just to plug you mobile smart phone in to external hardware and read write to external memory devices Also possible hence why im waiting On the likes of samsung to get back to me with the information i need Still waiting fifty thousand excuses and whyb they cants and non why they can

All possible down to time and cost in the long run agree but worth it if you sit and take the time to think about this in full
