Bolton Tools BT1337G Lathe: How to Rewire YL90-L4 Motor from 110V to 220V?

I have a metal turning lathe that is designed for both 110v/220v single phase. However, it's a Chinese lathe, so the documentation is somewhat lacking. I worked as an electrician apprentice years ago (primarily residential), so I have a decent general understanding, but i get lost quick when it comes to industrial automation/etc.

So here's what I've got -
Lathe is a Bolton Tools BT1337G
Motor is a YL90-L4 dual capacitor 1.5hp inductance motor

I've attached some photos of the wire diagram from the user manual, photos of the motor terminal block as it's currently wired for 110v, as well as the diagram on the motor data plate. If there's more info needed, please let me know.

Basically, my question is how would I need to rewire the motor terminal block to go from 110v to 220v? I assume based on the wiring diagram in the user manual that no changes will need to be made inside the electrical box for the lathe (aside from replacing the power cord and inputting 2 line wires rather than a line & neutral), but on the motor terminal block, the diagram they provided is kinda confusing to me, in that I don't really understand which wires need to be connected to which terminals.

Hi. Saw this question some time ago and had a look at the diagrams you included, they were not very informative though. So forgot about it for a bit, sorry....
I just got on to the Bolton Tools website and downloaded the whole manual. I found this:

4. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Standard lathe is wired for 220V, single phase 50 cycles; other connections can be made
as customers’ requirements.

From this I would say that the lathe is factory wired for single phase, 220 or 110 volt, or 3-phase. You would not be able to rewire it for different voltages. If you need to run it on a different voltage, the easiest solution will be to get a transformer.
