Connection of WZE1 counter (open collector) to Fibaro FGBS-001 - no pulses

    Hello.
    I have an energy meter WZE1 with pulse output (open collector) and I would like to connect it to the Fibaro HC2 control panel via Universal Binary Sensor
    FGBS-001 to which I currently have 4 DS18B20 temperature sensors connected.
    From what I have found on the web, it is possible to connect such a counter through the IN1 or IN2 input of the Universal Binary Sensor, I have made such a connection,
    universal Binary Sensor counter
    (20) SO+ > GND (blue)
    (21) SO- > IN1 (yellow)
    When GND is shorted to IN1, the application shows a change of state, i.e. the Sensor is working , but when connected to the counter there is no reaction. I have tried with different settings in the Sensor interface with no result.
    Please tell me what to improve .

    And swap the polarity of SO- to GND, SO+ to IN1

    Well, then check with a meter whether this output from the meter is still alive, because you may have lost it.
    Or the signal lasts too short for your module to notice the pulse.

    It's alive, I have a second one with the same counter and between the SO+ and SO- connectors there is the same value of 0.22V and when the diode blinks it drops to 0.12V. When I connect the Sensor the voltage is 2.80V and when the diode blinks it drops to 2.5V, it seems that this is definitely not enough to drive the IN1 input, it seems that it should be below 1V for the Sensor to treat this as a short circuit.

    The signal may be too short, an oscilloscope would be useful.
