WRD-45i Elfon - electric door strike goes crazy when calling, no cassette illumination

I have a WRD-45i in my block of flats - a call amplifier and an external cassette with 4 Elfon call buttons. When any call button is pressed the electric door strike goes crazy. The backlighting of the cassette does not work either. Connecting the 12 V backlight separately is OK. I have replaced the call amplifier and the same situation continues. I am uploading photos, maybe they will help to assess the situation.

Disconnect everything and with short wires, on the table, connect the power supply, cassette and 1 uniphone. Check the bell and audio.
If it's OK, connect the electric door opener and look for the fault in small steps.
