The thread is mainly about the Goodram CX-xxx models, but I see that you are trying to do something with the CL-100.
I have exactly the same drive - seen correctly as SSDPR-CL100-480-G3 : 480.1 GB (firmware V4.12)

The problem is that all files have '00 00' ... only the directory table is seen.

Have you managed to upload any newer firmware (I have "V4.12" now) (this is also the number shown on the back of the drive)?

I downloaded the GOODRAM-SSD-firmware-updater_20211026-1 (after running v1.16_x8) from goodram, but it does not recognise the SSD even though it is plugged directly into SATA and the OS can see it

I have a gen.3 (above board photos), from what I've read the gen.2 is on Marvell's "CL100 gen.2 SSD is built around selected TLC NAND memory chips and Marvell 1120 controller."

Looking for info on this drive, I'll give a little bit about what I have, as it has different guts. And the drive itself has died - it's not visible as a drive, although BIOS and Windows in the manager identifies it.

    PCB designation: MAS1102-DB-02-04

    Controller: MAS1102b-b1c

    ATA: GetSmart failed! Error: 0x51
    ATA: ID1 failed! Error: 0x51
    ATA: ID2 failed! Error: 0x51

    MXUtility_MAS1102 does not detect it.
GOODRAM-SSD-firmware-updater_20211026 does not see it either.

I connected the controller's UART because it's on the PCB. It spits out some text, generally difficult to interpret, but you can see some #BB table, like some badblocks. Number of addresses: 706.

That would be it. Waste of time on it.

Could you take a picture of how you did it, I'm struggling with the same disk - only with me OS sees only partition table + files_name and all files have only '0'

There are two connectors on the right, one is the 3v3 uart (GND, Tx, Rx, 3v3) and the other is the J2 jumper, this is used to enter the bootloader when the power is switched on and off (you can see this on the console).

I have not found a program to operate over uart. Perhaps the PC3000 has such a function, as they wrote something on the forums about it.
