Hello,
I have a Toshiba 32W2431D TV stuck in an infinite scan loop on a blue screen. The scan bar reaches 100% and restarts endlessly.
Mainboard details:

- Manufacturing date: 19.09.2014
I believe the firmware is corrupted. I am looking for a USB auto-update firmware file (.zip or folder) to flash via USB stick (FAT32).
If anyone has this file or can point me to the right source, I would be very grateful.

Have you already tried any recovery steps (different USB sticks, forced USB update procedure, factory/service reset, or any firmware files found online), and if so, what exactly happened?
I have not tried any recovery steps yet. The TV boots directly into the blue scan loop and I cannot access any menu.
Can you share the full model code and all sticker details from the back of the TV/panel label (including any suffix, chassis, serial, or region/version code), plus a photo if possible?
