    Problem with image inverted 180°

Hello, can someone please help me?
I need the correct USB recovery firmware for:
    Model: Toshiba 32WA2063DG
    Mainboard: Vestel 17MB171
    Panel: VES315WNGL-2D-N52
    Firmware: V2.14.0.0
The TV works normally, but the entire image is inverted 180 degrees (Android logo, OSD menu, Service Menu and TV picture).
Service menu is accessible (4725), but Panel Type is locked and there is no Flip/Mirror option available.
I am looking for the correct:
    upgrade_no_tvcertificate.pkg
    or
    upgrade_loader_no_tvcertificate.pkg
    matching panel VES315WNGL-2D-N52.
    Thank you.
Did this inverted image problem start after a firmware update, service reset, or after replacing the mainboard/panel, or did it appear suddenly on its own?
This problem has been present since the very beginning, or since the new TV.
Can you please share the exact sticker/barcode details from the 17MB171 mainboard and confirm whether this board is the original one for this TV?
The mainbord dont have any sticker, only 17MB 171

Since it's a new TV, give it back, replace it and there goes the problem. Unless this is a topic for eggs :)
    GreetingsM.

The subject may not be for laughs, because it used to happen on CRT TVs too, and there are ways of doing it, and on today's TVs, in order to reverse the picture to the correct position, you have to change the "Mirror Mode" or "V-Flip" parameter in the TV's hidden service menu. This problem usually occurs after a software update or motherboard memory failure, so knowing the eagerness of some to update whether they need to or not, anything is to be expected.... As a colleague advises above - at claim time you will find out whose fault it was....
