I am looking for the exact original USB recovery firmware, MstarUpgrade.bin,
or a verified full eMMC dump for this television:

Fault:
When AC power is connected, the LED flashes green for less than one second
and then remains solid red. The television does not respond to the remote
control or the physical joystick. There is no boot logo, backlight or sound.

and panel VES650QNTL-P2-Z01:

1. upgrade_loader.pkg
2. upgrade_loader_no_tvcertificate.pkg
3. MstarUpgrade.bin for M-Boot recovery
4. Verified full eMMC dump
5. A safe read-only USB or UART diagnostic method to confirm whether
M-Boot can detect and read the eMMC
6. UART / service test-point pinout for the 17MB170E 070720R2 board

Please do not send a generic 17MB170E firmware or firmware for Product
Code 10132711, because this television is the 10104693 / 2201 variant.

not that difficult; you can use a similar board as a basis
As for MstarUpgrade.bin, you won’t be able to get hold of that file, just like the EMCC dump

Do not try a generic 17MB170E package because the panel configuration and product code must match. For diagnostics, use only a 3.3 V USB-to-TTL adapter on the board’s UART pads with ground and RX connected first and monitor the boot log without writing anything.
