It seems to me that this is neither the background nor the pattern, buddy md since they don't respect margins while working, the answer is in my colleague's screenshot, just the gridline function in drawing options has been turned on.

My friend Arrow in the drawing options (you have it turned on, judging by the screenshot), go to the "grid" menu and uncheck the "Display grid lines on screen" option there.
