    Hello, I have such a problem - I am renting an apartment from an elderly person and the intercom from this company is a threat, but the old lady, as older people than in the house do not remember the key to the apartment, and the mechanical key is honestly said ... because the lock is damaged and every 10 minutes I have to struggle to get to the cage ... so as I wrote in the topic, I need a general key for the intercom or you can change the key for miszkania but without knowing the old key ...

    This is the mounting method recommended by the manufacturer. Two rivets and two screws. But you don't have to get inside the cassette. The electronics (switchboard) of the intercom is located between the cassette and the line of headphones. It is a small black plastic box with a sticker on top.
