    Hello
I am asking you for help in repairing the furnace as in the subject.
The controller signals on the display the desire to turn on the flame (a flame on the LCD display) according to the program or manual mode, but you can not hear the characteristic hiss of gas, magnetizer and general flame.

In the oven itself is the module DKG972 Mod.21 which previously was flashing with a red diode now does not flash. I got it started but did not release any damage, heat, etc.
    Fuse in DKG972 - 250mA efficient
Fuses in Logano - 10A and 400mA working.
The damage occurred most probably during a sudden storm because after returning home, the differential-current fuses were turned off.
I did zeroing the controller but the flame is not firing despite being shown on the display.

I have attached a photo of the DKG972 module, it can be helpful.

Thank you in advance for your help.

I suspect that the darkest under the lantern. I checked the emergency thermostat of the STB furnace? On the right side of the automation is such a black cap / screw / plug. Unscrew, under the dummy is an emergency thermostat trigger [black such it ;-) ] Press and enjoy the gas meter counters :D

    Best regards :-)

I unscrewed the STB, pressed on the off and on the stove, but nothing changed it.
I noticed that the module DKG972 goes to the power strip from pins 4-12. Unfortunately, on each of these pins (red frame) there is 0 Volt regardless of whether there is a flame on the display or not. When the flames are activated, the relay contact can be heard on the display, can it not contact?
I tapped the K4 relay but no changes.

After the service visit, it turned out that the chimney draft sensor was damaged. Apparently, the cost of PLN 500 :(
    Thanks for the hints.

From the model it appears that it is a standing boiler so the exhaust flow sensor is an option. You can bridge it and see what is happening. After the jumper should ignite the boiler. from the description it would appear that you have a damaged burner automaton. It controls the work of the burner and not automation. The automation only gives the signal to the machine and he is responsible for the boiler. It often happens that after the surges sit the boilers. Good luck.

That's right, the sensor has been bridged until the purchase of the new one so that the stove can work at all.
Apparently turning off this sensor is not recommended.

congratulations !!! if you want to poison yourself and your family without a loss of traction sensor, the one who prompts you is extremely wise, I probably would not do it. if it is a sensor on the principle of a jumper or opening, it is enough to connect the usual thermostat of the decay of the thrust, eg from older thermometers and it will be approx. and cost approx. PLN 50
and one more thing does not repair or dismantle the gas valve controls (so-called burner) only it is replaced with a new one, it is a device that takes care of safety, I have been sitting for 12 years and never dared to repair the burner control unit especially when it comes to GAS.
    greetings

Hello, I have a very similar situation with the logomatic 2107 controller, but in my case it does not start the G305 oil furnace. The stove connected to "short" without the controller works normally.
Despite the fact that the stove can see the need for heating, it does not give tension to the oil burner connection.
I do not recall having a chimney draft sensor connected to the furnace.

For me, this chimney draft module is mounted on the back of the furnace (a small box) connected with a probe placed in the chimney just behind the furnace. model: AW50.1
    manual available here:

Does anyone have a photo of where this probe from the thrust module should be placed? I see it hanging on a wire. The flame has stopped igniting. I do not know if this probe has been hanging like this for a long time or maybe it caused the flame not to turn on.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Buderus G124 furnace experiencing ignition issues, where the Logamatic 2107 controller indicates a flame but fails to ignite. The user reports that the DKG972 module, which previously flashed a red diode, is now inactive, and there is no voltage on critical pins. Suggestions include checking the emergency thermostat (STB), which was found to be non-responsive, and investigating the chimney draft sensor, which was later identified as damaged and required replacement. A temporary bridging of the sensor was attempted, but concerns about safety were raised regarding this approach. Additional users shared similar experiences with the Logamatic 2107 controller and provided insights into the chimney draft module's placement and functionality.
