maybe someone who repairs these things will help me because without a schematic I can't do much
during the storm I lost the ignition in the CO de dietrich furnace, all the damaged parts on the board were replaced, except for the diode signed on the DZ2 board, there is no description on it
possibly I will buy a used one if someone has

What are the symptoms? I have the same CD, it starts to fire but won't let go of the gas.

At the beginning, it should probably be checked the supply voltage. Connect the power supply to the appropriate pins and check, first of all, if the micro-controller has 5V, it is powered from the voltage regulator LM7805 in the TO92 housing, it looks like a small transistor.

Remember that this is mains voltage work, quite a high risk of accidental electric shock.

I do not know if it is up-to-date, but I tried to fix the same driver myself - I fought for two weeks and nothing.
in one day they fixed me here:

People. The new machine costs PLN 461 gross.

For such money you risk your own life and your loved ones.

How can you be sure, without having more knowledge about electronics, that such a repaired automaton will not let go of gas without a flame !!!

There is so much news about gas explosions lately.

I saw with my own eyes how the boilers released gas without a spark or ignited the burners without
switching on e.g. a pump, without thermostat control.

PLN 461 for so much are you able to risk your own life and your loved ones?

I bet that if you break your TV set, you will buy a new one for PLN 2,000, which if broken can only result in boredom, not an EXPLOSION !!!

    THINK ABOUT IT !!!

    Link

    Added after 8 [minutes]:

Approx. now i noticed it is SIT DBC 577 706

It would be much easier if you gave the boiler model.

Your slot machine should be here: Link

    936 PLN gross

If you contact PRIV, I will give you a better price especially for you.

This is the same slot as in the link above.

That is PLN 936 gross after the catalog.
Somehow, I do not think they were calling for PLN 1100 on the website

The guy from OSTROŁĘKA is "great" yesterday 12/11/2016 after finding out all the data, he repaired the module "on the spot" quickly and efficiently. You would have to wait a few days for a professional service ... and it's cold here.

Capacities often fall on this type of PCB - loss of capacity (I think they are labeled C1, C11 470n / 400V and C7 330n / 400V) from EPCOS. The only problem is that other capacities (from other manufacturers) do not fit in the package. So I change all three capacities to new 470n / 400V and it's after the competition. Of course, I always solder connectors and relay contacts at the same time, so that I do not have any further problems.

    I'll refresh.
Please help. Where does this module get the information to turn on the fan.

I'll answer myself ... Maybe someone will need it.

This module controls the fan ... After replacement, the fault is no longer present. If someone has a problem that the pressure switch blows and the burner fires but the fan does not turn on, it is probably a fault of this ignition apparatus.

What is it on the APS diagram under pins 6 and 7? Could it be the flue gas pressure switch? And if there is no fan, then maybe an exhaust STB?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the SIT DBC 577 control module for a CO de Dietrich furnace, specifically seeking a schematic diagram after experiencing ignition failure due to storm damage. A user identified the missing component as a Zener Diode BZX85C 24, while others suggested checking the supply voltage and micro-controller functionality. Concerns were raised about the safety of repaired units versus purchasing new ones, with prices for new machines cited around PLN 461 to PLN 936. Users shared experiences with repairs, including capacitor replacements and troubleshooting fan control issues. The conversation highlights the importance of safety in gas appliances and the challenges of DIY repairs without adequate knowledge.
