Probably some bra wire or something else has fallen in, remove the heater and try to locate through the heater hole to see if there is any foreign object in the tank

It depends where the wire is stuck - it's probably caught on the heater, and the easiest way is to disconnect the drain wire from the drum and try to get 'that thing' out.

Hi. I had the same problem. Something was knocking on the drum during spinning. It turned out to be a file that fell behind the drum. just open the drum. There are plastic transverse plastics in the drum. You just have to take them off and take out whatever is under the drum. Open the washing machine, close the drum, twist to the mounts of these plastics, pull to the side and through the hole you can take it out. It is not necessary to disassemble the entire washing machine. Best regards and I hope that I have helped you
