Hello
If I drive short distances of approx. 10 km, leave the new battery for charging overnight or put it in the car.
Immediately after the purchase, I connected it to the rectifier according to the indications were about 30% of the charge, after 3 hours it is kind of full, but due to the way it is used, I do not know whether to leave it or put it in the car.
Charging in the car is correct, there was no chance of firing on the old battery after the night (even when it was completely disconnected), but when I drove up a bit, it was enough for one start, so here it was ok.
PS
I do not know if the charger is weak, old battery, as I said, after a few kilometers it could be enough for one time, but after charging all night, it did not start the engine

, connecting the charger directly to the car:? after 1/2 hour it allowed to start it - an attempt to start the engine immediately after connecting the rectifier failed (but the rectifier may not have the power to start the engine itself).
Is it possible that the battery was discharged while disconnecting from the charger and connecting the clamps (the order of disconnecting and connecting the cables was correct at 99%)?
