From November 4–6, 2025, Ptak Warsaw Expo will host the ninth edition of Warsaw Industry Week, the largest fair for innovative industrial technologies in Central and Eastern Europe. Once again, the event will bring together industry leaders, experts, representatives of science, and investors, creating a space for presenting modern
Visitors will explore innovations in automation, robotics, Industry 4.0, material processing, new manufacturing technologies, and industrial support services.
However, Warsaw Industry Week is not only an exhibition space but also a comprehensive program of expert conferences addressing the most important challenges and trends in the industrial sector.
A highlight of the 2025 edition will be the conference “Manufacturing-X = A New Stage of Implementing Industry 4.0,” organized by the Center for Industry 4.0 of the Silesian University of Technology, focusing on building production ecosystems based on data exchange and industrial resilience.
The Forum of Polish Automation and Robotics will host the conference “Technologies You Can Trust. Is It Enough to Transform Industry into the Industry of the Future?”, emphasizing the importance of trust in technology during industrial transformation, as well as the role of automation, artificial intelligence, and the Industrial Internet of Things.
Evoluma Industrial Cluster will organize the debate “Innovations Driving Industry – New Manufacturing Technologies, Integration of AI, Robotics, and Digital Technologies in Production, and the Competences of Tomorrow,” showing how manufacturing processes evolve and which skills will be essential in the coming years.
The Polish Chamber of Steel Structures invites participants to the conference “Innovation and Partnership – The Future of Steel Structures in Cooperation Between Science and Industry,” which will present modern solutions in steel design and manufacturing and promote durable collaboration between business and research centers.
Another key session will be the Eveneum conference “How to Turn Recent Crises into Competitive Advantage Through Supplier Collaboration?”, addressing ways to strengthen supply chain resilience and develop business relationships in the face of global challenges.
A special part of the program will be the “Poland ESG 2025” conference, organized by the Sustainable Development Foundation. Its mission is to build Poland’s leading dialogue platform that helps translate sustainability regulations and concepts into concrete business actions while providing practical knowledge and tools for effective ESG strategy implementation.
Equally noteworthy will be the Scalab Accelerator Demo Day, where startups developing Industry 4.0 technologies will present their projects and real examples of cooperation with large enterprises.
Warsaw Industry Week 2025 will also feature numerous accompanying events, including the Trends and Exhibitor Presentations Panel, Trade Studio with debates and interviews with industry leaders, the Trade Fair Medals Ceremony, and a B2B networking zone.
All of this makes the November meeting at Ptak Warsaw Expo not only a showcase of advanced technologies but also a forum for the most important discussions about the future of industry.
