Hello, I have a bicycle cable secured with a four-digit code.
In this line, the code can be changed, and I used to change it out of boredom, and I had to leave for a moment, when I came back and entered the code, it turned out that it was not this one. I just got it wrong and now I can't figure out what the code is.
Or maybe someone is good enough and knows how to open it without damaging the rope and not twisting all the combinations?

For a good thing, twisting all the combinations, it's only a few hours, so in a few days on TV, you will do it on a lighter basis. After all, you don't have to look at it.

These lines are terribly lame, I forgot to remove one from the wheel, I turned the wheel a little while starting and the whole mechanism fell apart from the closure. I recommend you to cut this line and throw it into the bin, because it is no protection. A strong jerk is enough and anyone can roll up your bike from the store.

Oh no. Mine is thick and solid, I got angry with her more than once and, stepping on my feet with my hands, I pulled up with all my strength and nothing.
And with this twisting it is not so easy, because she walks hard and after a hundred combinations my fingers hurt and the skin was peeling off their tips.

Opening such a padlock is quite simple, I will not describe it, because it may be used by someone for the wrong purpose.

    My advice:
Buy a second one of the same and look at how such a mechanism works, if you have a technical mind and a little imagination, you will figure out how to open it and not break it ;)
    PS
The best are key padlocks - you can't easily open them like that, and you won't forget the code ;)

There is a very rare profession called "sworn locksmith". Such a guy legally opens locks, cassettes, armored cabinets, etc., but I'm afraid you won't be able to afford him.
    Greetings .
