    Anyone who has had or has this problem, I advise you to turn off the decoder with the red button, wait 20 minutes and then disconnect it from the power supply. It should work

    No need to wait 20 minutes, just give Menu -> System settings -> Software update. Problem solved in 2 minutes.

    I have had this error since yesterday morning. I called the service office and they told me that they had a failure, that everything was fine with my equipment. This only applies to mini set-top boxes. Can a software update help?

    Exactly as you write, I resuscitated. Those service office rams don't seem to know what's going on. What I called, I just heard to be patient .... wrrrr !!!

    I wonder if they will deduct from your subscription those days when you could not see anything. It was their fault that I would have fought with them.
