Initially, I thought it might be the resolution, so I switched to my TV, the decoder to the smallest resolution because my friend's TV is probably 19 "and nothing is the same, everything works fine on my TV, on another small TV, probably only 19 inches works only and only the decoder turns off together with the TV on a friend's TV. In addition, I combined in the menu with the exception of HDMI CEC. I do not know the exact model of this TV I know that it is Blaupunkt and rather certainly 19 "
