I have a question regarding the transport of the dishwasher. Can it be transported in a position other than vertical (it won't fit in the car vertically)? If so, what's the safest way to put it? I will add that it will be a new 45cm built-in dishwasher with an open panel.

A dishwasher is not a refrigerator - no position will threaten it. Of course, you have to put it in such a way as not to crease or scratch anything, but that's obvious.

It is better not to put it on the door (electronics) and on the left side (water leak). Safest on the back wall.
