    Hello.

Has anyone tested subwoofers, flat under the car seat? Unfortunately, I have to have a free trunk and the sub in the trunk falls off.

Auto - golf 3, JVC KDR 401 radio, standard speakers in the pit, 16 cm speakers in the door, but a lot of bass is missing from them, unfortunately /

Please let me know if it works properly.

    Regards

And what big box can you put under the seat? Let's start with whether the speakers you have in the pit and the door are factory fakes or something that plays, whether you power them with a boost, or do you have a damped door

In the Infinity pit, powered by the radio.

In noname doors, they still play nice, strong and clean. Soundproofed door. Speakers driven by a blaupunkt amplifier.

And as for the mailbox, I only ask and this is the main topic and please stick to it.

So I hold on and ask how the big box will go under the seat, what will it drive, the sub's frequency does not diverge directionally so and it will play under the seat, it is not known how pleasant it is to massage only with bass, but it will only play for me, for example, I would put it under the passenger seat and not diaphragm upwards, only towards the passenger's legs, but there is a problem with the size of the housing. But looking at the whole solution, it is hardly used because of the lack of space and reduced comfort of the pssazer or the driver, or a better solution is to make a neat door that will play better than the sub under the seat, for sure it will not enter more sub than 6 ',

Hello, I thought about such a solution myself, but in the end I managed to fit a small box on the 20cm loudspeaker, return to the topic, the LANZAR VCTBS8 is a reasonable solution, it is probably the only subwoofer under the seat that, of course, sounds in a reasonable amount of money, about PLN 320.

    Hello/

It's not about making a sub, but about buying a ready for the website or in a store where there are a lot of models from PLN 100 to PLN 500 from various companies such as VK ;) I'm interested in how it plays.

As I wrote above, the only sub under the armchair that plays up to PLN 400 is LANZAR VCTBS8 about PLN 320.

VK is the worst which can be the same as DIBEISI.
0 Quality, only rumbling and hum, if you can hear something, because here the power needs to be divided into at least 3, then the real maximum power will come out, because continuous power is not too much. Lanzar will not have a good sound either, but at this price it will be a good choice.

Sorry, I will connect to the topic, but I have a question if such a mini amplifier VK810 300W is more powerful than a regular radio, I am asking because I have a homemade subwoofer on the STX GDN-22-200-8-SC and I want to connect it to the car, I will have this amplifier only for the holidays (unless it is weaker than the clarion dxz388 radio), during the holidays I am going to install some 4-channel to power the front and the subwoofer

God why people invent such stupidity, of course, connect to the radio and power the sub with a 10Watt plug, unless you have an 8hm sub, then you will drive it terrifying about 5-7Watt and the same is the case with this garbage from voice craft, they have a 13wat channel at 4ohm at 8ohm they have the same as the radio, but they still spoil the sound quality, there are dozens of naive people, so sell this voice kraft and spend at least PLN 100 on whatever has some power and quality

    Added after 9 [minutes]:

For example, such an amplifier connected in the bridge is a much more sensible proposition than vice kraft or radio

I did not buy this VK at all, so far I was only considering (the price is funny, so I asked) instead of buying an amplifier for PLN 150, I prefer to wait until the holidays and buy something that will power the front and sub

Connect to the radio, it is not time-consuming and you will know if it is worth carrying this speaker. VK se, let it go if you have to buy blind.
You would at least include pictures of this VK:

But tell me what he will check if he supplies the speaker with 6 watts from the radio? What will this prove? Because I do not understand what loudspeaker (sub) you will not connect to the radio, each will sound like the worst crap!

    Added after 3 [minutes]:

Give more such advice and then a colleague will connect the sub, he will give him no important 5, maybe 10 watts, the sub will play quietly, but he will like every amateur, but feel the bass, the radio will do it to the maximum and what if it will overdrive it in this way? It is easy to give anonymous advice, but are you responsible for what you write?

Sub under the seat ..... come on, it is better to build in the trunk so that it does not take up space and put something more specific in the door ... How do you want to get bass from a 16 cm loudspeaker as in cars in the door are often larger

As such, the bass can be heard without any problem, but the car will not shake.

As for the sub under the seat - I had the opportunity to listen. More stomp than a game. I gave it to myself.

    Thanks for the help.

I close the topic so that there is no mess.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the feasibility and performance of flat subwoofers that can be installed under the seats of a Golf 3, particularly in conjunction with a JVC KDR 401 radio. Users express concerns about the limited bass output from standard speakers and explore options for under-seat subwoofers. Recommendations include the LANZAR VCTBS8 as a viable option, while cautioning against low-quality brands like VK and DIBEISI. Some participants suggest alternative solutions, such as utilizing trunk space for additional subwoofers or enhancing door speaker setups for better sound quality. Ultimately, experiences indicate that while under-seat subwoofers can provide some bass, they may not deliver the desired impact compared to larger setups.
