    Hello.
I have a problem with the Privileg-DeLonghi Esperienza EAM 3000 B machine, namely the machine has an automatic descaling program. After pressing this function, everything seems to work, but the indicator light is blinking all the time. I repeated this operation several times, unfortunately to no avail. Besides, other functions work. I do not have a manual for the coffee machine, so if someone had it, I would be grateful for help.

    Hello,

    manual in English.

As for descaling, it is described on page 32, point 10.3 of the manual

You need to use a special descaling fluid.

    greetings

I have a different model, but it probably looks similar.
The red light flashes when descaling is required. You can still make jackdaws then, but remember to descale it soon.
125 ml of delongi descaling liquid is poured into the tank, then a liter of water is added to the tank and the tank is installed. We turn on the coffee machine. When it is ready to make coffee, hold down the descaling button for a moment. Then the indicator light is constantly red and the machine starts to do its job. The green lights for the quantity of coffee go out. Now we have to place the condensate container under the steam nozzle and unscrew the valve from the nozzle and ... we wait until the machine lets us know that there is no water, which takes some time. Then we turn off the nozzle, pour out what we have in the container with water, rinse the container, pour clean water and install it in place. Again, place something under the steam nozzle and unscrew the valve. The water now rinses the descaling agent residue. When the coffee machine info appears again that there is no water, turn the nozzle off, pour fresh water, and we can simply make coffee.

I have a similar problem with descaling.
After turning on the machine, the red light flashes constantly, informing you that the machine needs descaling. Proceeding according to the instructions: after turning on the machine, when the coffee lights stop flashing, hold down the descaling button for at least 5 seconds - then it should stop flashing and stay on continuously - then the cleaning process begins.

I cannot start descaling for me. The lamp flashes all the time .....

has anyone had a similar problem, or knows the solution?

For me, the problem is that after turning on the power, all the controls light up, then they go out, the engine starts left right flickering relays and everything goes out. Any suggestions?

In my coffee machine, after completing the descaling procedure:
The 1st decanting lamp stops flashing
    2. the cup / 2 cups lights are off
3rd descaling light is on permanently (according to inst, descaling mode is activated)
    4. Further silence nothing happens

The problem is solved, you have to wait, the coffee lights are not on as described in the manual, but the descaling process is working. greetings

    I had the same problem.
It helped to set the water hardness according to the instructions, which hardly anyone remembers.

I confirm that descaling several times did not help, it continued to flash, I changed the water hardness from 4 to 2 and the indicator light went out, the problem disappeared

As for the change of the hardness scale, it also works for them
The harder the water, the faster the descaling process takes place, and the less hard the water, the more time it takes. Please remember that frothing the milk is like making 3 coffees

I had it today too. That's why I came across this thread.

In the rinsing phase, when "no water" appears, we do not finish the process, but add water. After such a long rinsing, the red diode went out again.

The topic is quite old, so I close it.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues with the descaling program indicator light on the Privileg-DeLonghi Esperienza EAM 3000 B coffee machine. Users report that despite following descaling procedures, the indicator light continues to blink, signaling a need for descaling. Several solutions are suggested, including using the correct descaling fluid, ensuring the water hardness setting is appropriate, and confirming that the descaling process is completed properly. Some users found success by adjusting the water hardness setting or by simply waiting for the machine to complete the descaling cycle, even if the indicator light remained on initially. The importance of following the manual's instructions for descaling is emphasized, and users express a need for the manual itself.
