Hello. I have a problem with my nc + tuner, namely after switching on, the start image is shown, a moment later it goes into the start image in HD format and after a while it turns off without showing the activation screen. Please help, maybe someone will suggest something, where to start.

Check what resolution is set in the decoder. What cable is connected to the tv?

HDMI cable, it's definitely not about the resolution, it's set to 100% right, besides, it shows me a greeting in 1920x1080 resolution, but how to enter the activation screen, where is the strength and quality of the signal, the tuner lights up red and that's it, I can't do anything with the remote do even though it is 100% functional

Change the decoder resolution or connect with a SCART cable.

Press the star 3 on the remote control.
