    Hello! Every now and then the cucumber and cheese shop offers tools for sale. Brands are less known, but from my experience, TOYA class equipment or other disposable tools beats the head. I have screwdrivers, a hot glue gun (PLN 20 with a suitcase - 3-year warranty), a caliper and a few other more or less useful tools. I rate them 5 when it comes to value for money and most of them have a 3-year warranty!

    Now the offer is to include the ParkSide Multi Sander http://www.lidl.pl/cps/rde/xchg/lidl_pl/hs.xsl/index_9829.htm and here -> link to the manual in PDF

    And maybe someone knows a more detailed description of this device, e.g. can it somehow be adapted to a vice or a vertical drilling stand (for PCBs with a carbide drill)?

    20'000 revolutions is it, 3-year warranty is it, but the fur is good, whether it can be exchanged, for example, for a DONAU micro-drill, we do not know, as well as what diameter of the drill it catches :(

    I don't think it's a waste of money for the Dremel, anyway, it's an amateur use, it's a shame to buy for several times. And here with the power supply (safe voltage) only 70 PLN from a suitcase (although plastic) ...

    What do you think about it ? The stand will be necessary for drilling in the PCB, so it must be able to be mounted somehow. Proxxon offers inexpensive tripods, but apparently they have terrible axial runout: - /?

    For posterity description from LIDL.pl :
    * for precise drilling, milling, cutting, polishing, ...
    * possibility of wireless operation
    * quick tool change
    * number of revolutions: from 5,000 to 20,000 / min
    * 45-piece accessories + case

    ParkSide Multi Sander with LIDL - should you buy? Does it fit ..

    Another one I have an eye on is EINHELL BPSG 155 AK - here I also do not know how to replace the fur and the tripod, but the price is not much higher and they say the volume (it's easy to find it on Allegro). The one from Lidl looks lighter and more handy?

    I am going to buy myself a drill at a reasonable price that supports 0.7-2 mm drill bits. If the above multi-grinder can handle such drills, I will buy it on Tuesday, May 4.
    On Tuesday, I will check with a 1mm drill, which I will take with me. How does git fit.

    Did I put this post in the wrong forum? Nobody gives a sign of life :-)
    I think that such drills will easily catch, there are interchangeable clamps. But such a proxxon has a tip like in an ordinary "adult" drill, it is easier to change drills and tips. Chicken...

    I bought this grinder. In the set I saw 6 drills. After purchase, I immediately measured their diameters with a caliper and they are from 0.7 to 2 mm , which is what I wanted. It has other heads to handle larger drills.

    I also bought it, after switching it on, I was surprised - but it is quiet even at 20,000 revolutions, it is really nice to work with the device without hearing protection, I thought. The largest tip swivels 3.2mm, even a carbide drill bit is enough for widened shanks (I once bought a set on Allegro). After cutting a few drone elements from plastic, the metal shield from the set (very small forces perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the device - that is, the destructive bearings) and began to work louder, but still bearable without any ear muffs, maybe the sound is a little different ... how are you with this noise?

    The drills are HSS solid, they are not suitable for PCBs, I recommend them from carbons with a widened shaft. An additional disadvantage (or maybe not?) Is the movement of the entire rotor and the attachment of the drill bit to the inside of the drill - some 2-3mm stroke. Which makes it even harder to drill with your hand, but I never thought about drilling with your hand with such small drills. With a 1mm drill (the one from the set), the lack of power is noticeable, it slows down significantly although it drills ...

    The power supply gives 1A in the manual and the power of the power is 22W, which at 12V should give something close to 2A, strange. The power supply inside is usually a transformer + full-wave bridge with thicker diodes, without a capacitor. There is a lot of space inside, can you add some large capacitor for 16V?

    It's a bit too easy to stop the machine with your bare hands, even at high speed - for drilling in steel, not too little?

    I can't compare to other devices of this price class, parkside has never let me down before, good tools for a big money and a long warranty.

    I have a celma drill stand, a mounting diameter of about 43 mm, a lid drill with a diameter of about 35 mm at the widest point (I do not remember exactly), it cannot be easily mounted ... but at the end of our drill there is a thread (plastic ...) under this black cap, as I guess for some accessories. I think about rolling aluminum for such an adapter for fastening. The outer diameter is 43mm, there is a void in the center for a drill (the entire adapter would be 3-4cm) on the bottom of the thread matching the powerfix and the tripod is ready!

    Only how much can it cost to extrude such a fairly simple "cusia" of aluminum?
