Please help. I made such a connection

In the statement for ZE, the question is whether the LVZ needs to be connected?
Do they mean the physical connection of the wire / cable (which is already done in the box)?
Do they mean connecting the voltage to HV? (through the meter and protection against it)

Well, it started with a strip with a division of NPE, then a connector diagram + measurement and now the ready box is waiting for connection :D

Kurka I won't tell you how to understand it because he doesn't deal with paperwork.
Generally, this is how the WLZ comes out of the box and flies to the switchboard.
Maybe the question is whether it is made, inserted into the box and connected.
Because when a cheerful team from ZE arrives, it only connects to the network, mounts the meter, plugs the fuses when the meter starts (the electronic one will show numbers, symbols that I can never see), they seal, you sign the receipts, put a padlock and disappear. Sometimes they are in such a hurry that they get confused, so pay attention to what they leave you, if everything is correct.

Alternatively, when you apply for a connection, you can find out what this question is about on the spot and then check the appropriate box according to your situation. :D

And one more thing at the end of the WLZ is the switching station and the receiving installation.

Hello. Just for the sake of formalities. From the switching station, the line (whether it is overhead or cable) goes to the connector (box ????), and from the WLZ connector it goes to the switchboard. Best regards.

According to my presumptions, it is about connecting the WLZ in the ZK to the terminals of the advance / FR protection depending on what is installed. If the WLZ is only introduced to the ZK or ZK without a meter and protection, then the physical connection is not possible, then you leave the WLZ inserted into the ZK, and in the statement you write that it is not connected.
