SEP and various types of qualifications and permissions - what to eat

I mean trainings organized by SEP
I need:
- permission to install electrical installations up to 1.5kV
- maintenance of these installations
- technical acceptance

- rights to build gas installations
- authorization for technical acceptance

- permission to build a water and sewage system.
- technical acceptance of these installations

There is so much in SEP that I don't know where to start.
What is the difference between qualifications and qualifications?

"E" entitlements authorize you to perform the duties provided for in the positions you have entered in the Qualification Certificate - you can, for example, perform electrical installation at the customer's and (importantly!) take its measurements. However, you cannot sign under the measurements.
The "D" authorization entitles you to supervise the operation performed by a human with "E" - you cannot directly perform, for example, the said installation, but you can now sign up to the test reports .

So "E" I'm building an installation, I'm doing measurements
and "D" sign the test reports
These test reports are technical acceptance? Do i understand

You're right. It's a mess. In my opinion it should be like this:

cat. D all options from A, B, C + issuing certificates and doing technical tests
cat. A person who can B and C and can maintain and measure them
cat.B a person who can install installations and maintain their own and someone else's
cat. C a person who can install installations and maintain installations by himself / herself

in addition, there should be numbers before the letter that indicate with what voltage the delinquent can work.

1 - up to 800V
2 - from 800 to 1500V
3 - up to 3000V
4 - area 3000V
