I have already bought the other computer. But now I would like the internet (I have with whist) to work on two computers. That's why I want to buy a switch. Switch for PLN 33 10 / 100mbps or switch for 10/100 / 1000mbps. I don't know which one to choose because I don't know what these mbps mean.

These numbers are the data rates at which the device is operating.

    10/100 (10 Megabits / 100 Megabits)
    10/100/1000 (10 Megabits / 100 Megabits / 1000 Megabits or 1 gigabit)

The speed at which the router can transfer data.
The router negotiates the protocol and automatically recognizes the speed of the connected device.
If you have the funds, buy the one with 1000 support, it will come in handy in the future if your network cards do not support this standard yet.
Check what network cards you have in your PC and match the speed of the router to them. Devices on the internal network will transfer data with each other at the maximum speed allowed by the slowest device.

If you want to create a wireless network with a router and 2 x PC, then you need to buy a wifi card for the PC.
WiFi cards are available as internal or as USB devices. Antennas are included.

And you can not the antenna itself and connect to the network card?

    Coming back to wired.

    How to connect it?

Buy a switch and some cables? What else ? And how to connect it all?

You can connect the antenna if you have a wifi network card.

    Wired network:
    1 PC to Router
    2 PC to Router
You connect a twisted pair and that's it.

And from whom and what is this internet connection?

The easiest way to connect to a router with wifi.
Twisted pair from the router to the PC or you can buy wifi cards for the PC.
    Laptop on wifi.

If you have internet for a modem and you want to divide it into several positions, it does not bother you.

Besides repeating what was written before, can you explain what you meant when you wrote the last sentence?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the choice between a 10/100 Mbps switch and a 10/100/1000 Mbps switch for connecting two computers to the internet. The 10/100 Mbps switch supports speeds of up to 100 Megabits per second, while the 10/100/1000 Mbps switch supports speeds up to 1 Gigabit per second. Users are advised to consider future-proofing their setup by opting for the 10/100/1000 Mbps switch, especially if their network cards may support higher speeds in the future. For a wired connection, a switch and Ethernet cables are required to connect the computers to the router. Additionally, for a wireless setup, WiFi cards for PCs and antennas may be necessary. The simplest connection method involves using a twisted pair cable from the router to each PC.
