Gas boiler room in the block. Heating from the city. What's cheaper?

I have a question, what is cheaper gas boiler room in the block or heating from the city?? I am going to buy a flat in which there is a boiler room and I am a bit afraid how it works and whether it is a really good solution.

In your place, I would not think about the choice and of course I would choose with "own" boiler room. I lived in a block of flats for several years, where we were addicted to the municipal boiler room. It just was once it's hot, once all the radiators are turned on to the max and here they are barely lukewarm... Every winter there were problems, with the rest I have a lot of friends who also live in blocks of flats in different towns and they also have such problems. There are no such problems with your own, but it is a bit more expensive (at least it was). If I had to choose, I would choose a boiler room for a given block rather than a municipal heating plant. You have to ask the building managements individually. Nobody will tell you Well, unless you call your friends, let them tell you the amount of bills, pow. you can calculate the apartment yourself, but these are not big differences and certainly a more reliable source of heat in winter and, for example, in autumn. Perhaps these are different rates depending on the region of Poland. In my region, heating with a boiler room in a block of flats is cheaper than a heating center.
