Spelling of the shipping address

A simple but haunting question.

I have been living in Wrocław for a long time as part of my studies, but life has graced me with a family home in a small town a bit outside the city. Related to this is a country address, which has been giving me a headache for many years. The problem with it is that my town does not have named streets, and the post office is located in a neighboring town, and I always have a problem filling in the fields with the street and town in various offices and official papers. Different officials have different wishes, usually, to their great dissatisfaction, it is necessary to force this information out (I greet "nice" ladies from the windows of Wrocław WORD, with only one glorious exception).

Now, finishing the lengthy introduction, I have been doing some shopping on Allegro recently and since I am not in my apartment for days, I have to send parcels to my parents in the countryside and I wonder how to fill in the shipping address so that couriers do not get lost? Do I enter the name of the village and house number in the "Address" field, and the postal location in "City", or leave the village in "City" and in "Address" ... the house number? Life reports are welcome.

In "town" you enter the name of the village of residence and the house number.
Here, where "post office" you enter the postal code and the name of the town where the post office is located.

Because the forms suck, they should include a city option and alternative comments for a small village where there are no streets.
I think that no one should be demolished if we enter the name of the city and leave the fields street and apartment number blank and if they rebel, their problem .
Use a parcel locker. Enter your contact number, the courier will find you even at the station. I write the country address on the envelopes as follows:
village name, house number,
code, mail.

Wherever I have to enter a street, I simply write the name of the village with the house number, and that's it, everything always happens

What a problem you have ... Let's assume that you have a Post Office in Kielce, and you live near Kielce in the village of 'Pod Lasem' (there is more than one village in this country).
This is the address you write:
02-200 Kielce
Pod Lasem 45

If you have the form, in MIEJSCOWOŚCI you write Kielce, and in STREET you write the name of the village and the house number ... And that's it.

If we live in a small village with no street names, then YOU MUST NOT provide a postal address because it's confusing! The post office is identified by a ZIP CODE and that's enough!

There can be a city and many villages on one postal code, but there is only ONE post office for each village! It is defined by the code.
Believe me, postcodes aren't assigned that way for eggs.

The only correct way to write an address is:

Jan Kowalski
Pipidówka 5
11-111 Pipidówka

... that is, if there are no specific streets in Pipidówka, we repeat the name of the village twice - once as a street and once as a town. The mail is defined by a code.

The translations that "I address it this way and it comes to me" are weak. Today it comes - the man in the sorting room, the postman or the courier will change and it will come after a week.

If, in the city with the post office, the name of the new street is the same as the name of wiocha, the badly addressed letter will be sent to a stranger!

I encountered even such bizarre addressing methods when there was a street in Pipidówka:

Interestingly, I doubt that people would be able to mentally apply it i.e. if they live in "pipidów" they will write this "larger" town after the postal code
And I'm not just talking about addressing parcels, but even let's say the company's address on websites placed in the contact section, on advertisements, etc.
Because there is a legitimate fear that if someone writes only the name "Pipidówy" then a potential customer "out of town" will not even associate in which province the company is located.
I don't have it myself. And to find information in which voivodeship, poviat, you have to go to special websites that decode the postal code. And yes, often after the name of a larger town I immediately know in which district it is.

In the spelling of abbreviations, NO OTHER additional character is put except for dots.

It's the same in business addresses - they put a slash instead of a period.

I don't even remember learning about the rules for spelling abbreviations in school. I only recently discovered that they are, so... all it takes is a SIMPLE gesture, just when you know that you write wrong - DON'T WRITE WRONG It's that simple :D
