colleagues are right you need to check if there is .... "computer -> Manage -> Disk management." if there will be no partitions, make them yourself and it sucks; if there is no disk, give the model ... we will help

if you care about data, download hiren's boot and start mini Windows, maybe he will see the disk, then copy the data, if not, then there is probably something wrong with the disk
or you need drivers, there may also be a voltage on the usb too small for this disk, so you need a special cable .... many possibilities if it does not go, first connect it to another pc and then write ;)

People, I have a solution :D I went about it myself after many attempts. Connect the drive from the back to the usb. Not in the front, not through an extension, normally in the back. If that doesn't work, I'm using the finest Xfast USB program. I recommend ProiX :)

Instead of looking for a path, you can also choose start -> run: type compmgmt.msc and click enter, then just go to disk management, but rather a bit late advice, but maybe someone will need it.

Please create your own topic in accordance with the regulations

and provide a complete list of equipment.
The USB external drive in the housing must have a decent USB power supply - otherwise it will not work properly or even "spin the plate".
