Validity of English Electrical Licenses for Starting a Business in Poland

Unfortunately, I haven`t found this information anywhere, so I`ll explain briefly
I was in England for several years and worked as an electrician on my own business
I have English qualifications equivalent to those in Poland: E, D and UB
i.e. I can design installations (they do not require drawings when it comes to a new installation in an old building), install it from start to finish, take measurements and finally issue a certificate which I register at the city hall
because my plans have now changed and I want to return to Poland permanently as well as open an electrical company in Poland, I would like to find out if my qualifications have any value in Poland, i.e. I understand that I will also have to obtain Polish qualifications, but will my years of work (experience) be the same? counted in obtaining Polish rights
I compared Polish and English installations and there are no major differences

You pass E + D in an hour, including waiting for your turn for the exam, so it`s not a problem.
There`s only the UB, it`s best if you call your local office.

If these are not EU authorizations (valid throughout the EU), and they certainly are not, then in 90% of cases they will be worth nothing in Poland, if only because the D certificate and Construction authorizations require mainly knowledge of Polish regulations and norm.

Or maybe something more about it? Maybe at least their English name? E.g. City&Guilds 2381, or 2382, and also City&Guilds 2391?
These are not qualifications to practice a regulated profession, so in Poland they are worth the same as Polish E and D in Great Britain.

Of course, I do not expect these qualifications to be accepted in Poland, only what I have read is that in order to obtain electrical qualifications in Poland, you also need confirmation of professional practice, which I do not have in Poland but I have it in England

C&G 2382 level 3, C&G 2391 level 3, and what do levels 1 and 2 refer to? Academic education with a university degree?

First of all, it should be remembered that these British qualification certificates are in no way identical with Polish UB certificates. They also have construction licenses there, and our colleague does not have them, which I was sure of when I asked him my question about further information about C&G.

Of course you don`t have to, but every time you present these documents you will have to explain for a long time what it is and what it entitles you to, and no one will believe you anyway. It is much better to pass Polish exams and have a Polish paper, because it "states" what it entitles you to, while the British one only states that you have knowledge supported by the exam. Nothing about this knowledge, nothing about the exam and nothing about the scope of "authorities".

The above is supported by my own experience.
