Today, while making coffee, I suddenly heard a knock, a message on the display "insert the brew group" popped up, the coffee grounds container popped out slightly, and the brew group cannot be pressed in or taken out. Once, I had an identical incident, I went to the service and the guest took it out in front of my eyes (this brewing block) and everything was OK. Unfortunately, I have no idea what he did because it was a long time ago. Maybe someone from the forum members has knowledge of Saeco espresso machines and could help me. Besides, does anyone know a good service from Sosnowiec, unauthorized of course.

I had a similar problem: because the block did not move into place, I could not slide the drawer with the coffee grounds container into place. It helped to gently 'press' the grounds container itself (without the drawer) into its place and turn on the coffee maker. in the right place and then I could put the coffee grounds container with the drawer in its place. There is a small metal element on the coffee grounds container that must be in place for the express to work. I will add that the reason for my problem could be pouring warm water into the container water (I did not read the instructions to the end), the block did not leave, and before the next cup of coffee my wife wanted to clean the coffee grounds container and somehow took it out, although I do not know how.

In my specific case, the brewing group mechanism has been seriously damaged. The repair amounted to PLN 300 in the SAECO service because there is not a single company in Silesia that runs an unauthorized service of such equipment. But I can confirm that if this happens, remove the coffee grounds container and put the drip tray back in. Then close the flap closing the brewing unit and touch with a magnet to the place where there is such a small magnet embedded in the coffee grounds container (you need to check it and more or less measure where the hidden switch is, because you cannot see it because it is hidden on the inside of the body ). The espresso machine then receives information that all elements are in their place and should return to the starting position.

    Hello
I have a problem - after removing the block and cleaning it, it entered its place properly. Everything works fine, but when you try to make coffee, it seems to me that the machine "accumulates" the pressure inside and after some time (a few seconds) the pump operation clearly fades and you can hear the sound of steam or compressed air. I would like to add that I did not disassemble any parts of the coffee machine - I just took out the block for normal cleaning - I think that everything is OK with it (what would happen after washing in water?).
A bit chaotic, but maybe someone knows what my coffee machine is about - I don't want to go to the service in Katowice - the prices are up to the sky (I was repairing the milk island because it floods with milk on its own and I probably paid 150 zlotys (paranoia).

    Hello.
Most likely there is a problem with the valve in the brewing unit, take it apart, clean it and there should be a good element above the upper piston. If it does not work, it means that the refill valve in the coffee machine is clogged and you need to completely disassemble the coffee machine.
I deal with the repair of coffee machines intended for home or small free-standing gastronomy or built-in various brands. You have a question, call 501 462-130 from 08.00 to 22.00, even on the weekend.

I have a similar problem with the flywheel constantly returning to the opposite position. The block was also blocked, I managed to remove it, but it was impossible to insert it. I took apart the interior and set the flywheel about 180 degrees so that the block entered correctly. After turning on the coffee machine, something changed, it jerked and it was positioned the other way around. now again neither remove the block nor make coffee. What to do ??? I live abroad so I have no way of using direct aid :(

A frequent cause of blockage is lack of grease on the lower sieve mandrel (the motor does not have the force to move the sieve). If the block does not return to its base position, never tug it because it will only worsen the situation (the boiler valve spindle bends, the element with two red seals and the "pipe" of the brewing group overlaps the crooked valve and blocks) It is best to turn off the coffee machine and then again turn on, the mechanism should place the block in a position that allows it to be removed. If not, unscrew the screw on the left side holding the "pipe:". After unscrewing the pipe, it has a tongue with a catch which you need to gently bend a flat screwdriver and slide out the block. be directed at the pin on which you put the small wheel on. You turn everything you put in the tray with the grounds container BUT WITHOUT THE BREWING BLOCK you close the door and turn on the coffee machine, The mechanism will automatically set the wheels to the position in which you put the block in. Unless the wheel's micro switch is damaged, so it will turn it then the exchange of always two.

I have express saeco primea touch plus new edition. The touch screen is damaged and there is a short circuit on the board. Would someone undertake repairs in reasonable money?

    Here you go: https://www.google.pl/search?q=serwis+expres%...skiej&oq=serwis+expres%C3%B3w+rybnik+mr+curie + sk% C5% 82dowskiej & aqs = chrome..69i57j33.8171j1j7 & sourceid = chrome & ie = UTF-8

I am not their employee, but a customer. They repaired my express 10 years old despite the lack of parts and in addition for a ridiculous PLN 60 !!!
I do not know how other I am so far - I recommend it. PS: they specialize in coffee machines.

And I have such a problem. The Philips / Saeco Xsmall Class HD 8745/19 espresso machine, when turned off, drips a bit from the side of the brewing block. A lot of water and a little coffee are dripping into the tray when making coffee.

hello I had a similar problem recently with the Saeco Talea Ring. I thought it was a mechanical matter, so I started by lubricating the brewing unit. It did nothing - after the initial brewing, the coffee was thrown into the coffee machine, and the block itself did not return to its starting position. It turned out that the main valve was to blame, it was leaking and not sending a signal (or sending a bad one) to the brewing unit. After replacing the gaskets with new ones, everything returned to normal. Diagnosis and repair settled here - service of coffee machines . Everything is smooth, nice and reasonably cheap, because they did not go the easy way - they did not replace the entire valve, only the seals.
