My apartment is under renovation, the electrical installation is also being replaced and therefore I have a question:
is the minimum distance of on / off switches and electric sockets from the edge of internal doors required by regulations?

Hmm, I do not know how the electrical installation is regulated or regulated (colleagues with experience will write) but there are rules that I have been taught and I use them 30cm can axis to the edge or can edge to the wall 15 cm cable route 20 cm to the edge (minimum distance)

It is not regulated. There are certain reservations to be followed by the N SEP-E-002 standard issued by SEP "Electrical installations in building objects Electrical installations in residential buildings Basics of planning".
The authors included rules partially copied from VDE. The vertical installation zone has been defined at 10 to 30 cm from the edge of the door frame (zone width 20 cm) with the recommended cable route distance of 15 cm from the frame.
The reservation concerns the recommended mounting height of the connectors 115 cm, the height of the sockets 30 cm from the floor and 105 cm from the floor above the work surfaces (kitchen worktops, etc.).
The ISO 21542 standard specifies the installation height of the connectors above the floor at 0.8 to 1.1 m and the sockets at least 0.4 m, with the attention to keeping the distance from the internal corners of the walls at least 0.6 m.
