The problem is damage to the PLCD300P3 power supply. There are no voltages at the PSU output. There is not even Standby voltage. The customer stated that the TV went off suddenly while playing. After initial measurements, I found a damage to the R400 (1 ohm) on the primary side of the inverter. Replacing the damaged resistor did not give anything. Voltage on electrolytes 100u / 450V mam = 310V and in the description of the TEA1533 system (this is the one used) is the information that the input should be about 400V.
I also replaced the new TEA1533 chip and the T400 transistor (STF3NK80Z) and it did not do anything. I will add that the 7-leg of the TEA1533 system does not have a short to ground, and the other leg of the system comes with a pulsating voltage from 9v to 10.54V.
I am asking for help in the repair because I do not know where to look for damage.
