The problem is damage to the PLCD300P3 power supply. There are no voltages at the PSU output. There is not even Standby voltage. The customer stated that the TV went off suddenly while playing. After initial measurements, I found a damage to the R400 (1 ohm) on the primary side of the inverter. Replacing the damaged resistor did not give anything. Voltage on electrolytes 100u / 450V mam = 310V and in the description of the TEA1533 system (this is the one used) is the information that the input should be about 400V.
I also replaced the new TEA1533 chip and the T400 transistor (STF3NK80Z) and it did not do anything. I will add that the 7-leg of the TEA1533 system does not have a short to ground, and the other leg of the system comes with a pulsating voltage from 9v to 10.54V.

I am asking for help in the repair because I do not know where to look for damage.

R400 and L400 replaced with new, marked elements in the drawing also replaced with new ones. I am concerned about the lack of 400V voltage. Is it normal that it is 320V instead of the required 400V?

I will add that today I replaced the L6562D chip - and then no result

Think now when L6562D starts working. What is it dependent on.

Lisek, how many times will you upload this file in the forum? :)
They are better after all. ;)

I have a problem with this because I do not know what the L6562D job is addicted to. If I can, please explain this problem and some tips

I found still damaged R408 (33R) and R407 (220R) and diode D401 (BAS316) near T400. For now I have to buy a diode because I do not have one to substitute.

after replacing the damaged diode and resistors, a voltage of 5V appeared, the LED is glowing blue but the TV does not start. when you try to turn on the LED will only blink and stay on. where to look for damage? I will add that the voltage on the pfc condenser is still 320V

Correct the spelling in all your posts. [radsat]

I have found a broken chip in the BD9897FS master inverter, it works after it has been replaced.
