Generally, mostly Windows, but APIPA is more general and I think it is introduced in Anroid as well. For some reason, something does not get an IP address from DHCP and starts to use an address from auto-configuration. What is this? Is this your computer or is someone trying to connect to Wi-Fi? etc ... You have to figure it out yourself.

So the main system that litters my router logs is XP?

Thanks for the clarification. One of the computers has a limit of Internet connection hours and it probably sends packets which are blocked. Logging into the network is by MAC address and using encryption. This IP address enters the router over the LAN.
