Hello. I have the following problem in the TV Toshiba Regza 40 panel LTA400HT-LH4 T-CON 404652FHDSC2LV0.2. The TV worked normally, during the viewing the image disappeared, there was a sound and backlight. After measuring the voltages I discovered the lack of AVDD voltage on the T-CON. There is an SMD element marked on the board as ICD2. I think it's some DC-DC converter. Does anyone have a schematic of this T-CON or know what kind of element, or what voltage should be on AVDD?
