    Hello
I changed the housing in the remote control for the vw car and in the old one there were two cr1620 3v batteries and in the new housing there is a different place for the batteries and cr2032 3v fits and now when I put the remote control on a cr2032 (one) 3v battery it does not work and when I come back it only works with 1620 batteries two batteries do not fit because according to the numbering they are 4mm thick together and the new one is 3.2 mm thick and they will not fit. And now my question, you need 2 batteries for the remote control to work properly and I think I have to buy two 2016 batteries to fit in the place of one 2032 battery. And one more thing, everything should work properly because the batteries have 3v voltage, the only difference is in capacity and this should not affect action right?

It doesn't work, because the pilot needs 6v, and you only provide 3V by inserting one CR2032. Try to fit two CR2016's.

EDIT: For the future, the symbols of the batteries, commonly known as "pills", do not come from space.
Battery symbol CRXXYY: XX-diameter in mm, YY/10-thickness in mm

EDIT2: I didn't read the post to the end... heh, you already answered yourself what battery you need :) . The capacities are very similar, so you shouldn't feel any difference in lifespan.
