Entering BIOS on Samsung NP350V5C-S08PL & Boot Laptop from CD: Step-by-Step Guide

How to enter the bios so that the Samsung NP350V5C-S08PL W8 laptop starts from the CD? Please help.

Entering Bios - after pressing the power button, keep pressing F2 until the "Please wait" message appears in the lower right corner of the screen.

Besides:
F4 - RECOVERY SYSTEM (D2D)
F9 - unfortunately I have no idea ???
F10 - BOOT SELECT / OPTIONS
F12 - BOOT FROM LAN

And when I get in, where to change so that the computer starts from CD?

Maybe Advancet Boot and change first boot to CD

As far as I remember, there was no such option there. I need to check it out with a friend. I'll let you know when I check. Thanks for your help so far.
