    Hello.
I bought a wifi IP PTZ camera, which I installed on the wifi router according to the instructions. After turning on the computer connected to the same wifi network, I have a preview from this camera, the same on the phone, after connecting the phone (samsung galaxy S II on android) to the home wifi network to which the camera is connected, I also have a preview of the camera image on it . But the problem starts when I turn off the wifi on my phone and turn on the packet data offered by my network (play in this case), (I don't have exhausted limit in this packet!). I can't connect to the camera, I can't preview the image from the camera. The same happens when a friend at home on his wifi tried to connect to my camera - no access.
Therefore, I am asking for urgent help.
I would like to mention that when it comes to computer science, I have little idea, so I am asking for simple vocabulary and the simplest possible hints.
    Regards.

You need to redirect the ports used by the camera to the camera's IP in the router.
You didn't specify the model of the camera or router, so it's impossible to tell more.
If you have a fixed public IP on the router, then you can connect from the outside by typing this IP and possibly the port number after the colon. If the external IP is dynamic, you still need to register some DYNDNS service. You didn't specify who your ISP is, so I can't tell you more.

My router is Pentagram Cerberus P6360
Camera ... on the box it says IP Camera ... and that's it.
My internet provider is the "Komster" company operating near Poznań.
I called them and they told me that I have a permanent IP address that they gave me, and in a conversation with a friend I got information that I have a permanent public IP and I have a static external IP...
Ps. It's black magic to me...

In that case, you need to forward the incoming ports on the router to the specific IP address of the camera and everything should work.

    I'm already in, what's next?

And it is not possible to share the camera by entering its IP in the virtual server in the router settings?

    1. Instructions from the router in hand, learn how to enable port forwarding.
    2. Then, from the camera manual, find out what ports you need and configure the router.
    3. If it's still black magic, I suggest starting with point 1

You can try, but you still need to define ports for a given IP address in the network (camera).

Now it's about entering the camera data?
because I entered the initial and final port: 70-70 the one on which the camera is running,
IP address in the LAN such as the camera has, e.g. 192.168.1.105
In the protocol, I marked common and marked enable
I don't know if I'm doing it right

How do you know that the camera is running on port 70? Do you have any way to configure it (besides entering the IP)? So far it should match.

The solution to the problem is to provide ports for the WIFI IP camera in the router settings.

Topic summary

A user experienced difficulties connecting a WiFi IP PTZ camera to external networks after successfully accessing it on a local WiFi network. The issue was identified as a need for port forwarding on the router to allow external access. The user confirmed having a static public IP address from their ISP, Komster. After guidance on accessing router settings and configuring port forwarding, the user successfully connected to the camera externally. The solution involved entering the camera's IP address and the correct port settings in the router's virtual server configuration.
