WiFi Panorama Camera BULBCAM model: ZAQ 8-12 I cannot connect this set

A few days ago I bought a "WiFi Panorama Camera" BULBCAM model: ZAQ 8-12, then I installed the JXLCAM application. Despite my best efforts, I can't connect this set. I don't know what to do with it?

Yes, that's the way it is with these apps. Download HD IOT Camera for Android, or v99cam for Apple. Using these applications, you can easily connect to your webcam. I just got it too, and I don't like this app in action. I am looking for a different - better, and a version for Windows - PC.

I can't start the camera. WiFi Panorama camera. I ordered it, it came from China, it doesn't say what model it is. In the JXLCAM application, by pressing AP, I can view the image from the camera. However, it does not want to connect to my WiFi
However, through the HD IOT application, I can't add it either
Can someone help?

Unfortunately, I also can't connect to wifi, the same problem, maybe someone can help us

The connection is simple - basically almost automatic on ANDROID
