    Hello everyone,
at the beginning I wanted to warn that I am a total layman in this matter, so please be forgiving :)

The case is as follows: I have a simple monitoring at work - a BCS ip camera connected to the Huawei B315s router (internet in PLAY network unfortunately), saving on a computer using the PC-NVR program, previewing the image using the smart PSS program. I would like to configure it in such a way that it would be possible to view the image from the camera from the outside. I know that there is no such option in the Play network, so I purchased a VPN for this purpose at vpnonline.pl. Because the wonderful Huaweii router that I have is not able to configure a VPN, I need to use a computer for this - it is not a problem either, I downloaded the OpenVPN program for this and here we come to the end. Unfortunately, I still can't manage to configure it. I would be very grateful for the "rough" instruction, what to enter where, as I wrote at the beginning - I am green in these matters.

Thank you in advance to everyone for your help :)

    I suggest reading this information:
    1. VPN connection configuration instructions https://www.vpnonline.pl/konfiguracja

Thank you very much for the answer, but unfortunately these guides do not answer my question. I've seen it before, it just says how to create a connection, and I've already done it and it works. It's about how to get to the camera image from outside?
Probably somewhere I have to enter the IP address of the camera along with the port and somehow redirect it - but how?

For example - in the gdmss lite mobile application I enter the IP address of the camera and the image is displayed to me, provided that I am within the wifi network, if I disconnect from the network, the image will no longer be available. I would like to get the image by entering the ip address assigned by the vpn network being outside the wi fi network :)

Do you have external access to your VPN account? Remember that the operator blocks ports and such a "prosthesis" may simply not work.

The matter clarified - after configuring the OpenVPN program, just connect to it, then in the smartphone preview program change the IP address from the direct camera to a permanent one assigned by the VPN and works :)
Thank you all for your help

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around configuring a BCS IP camera for external monitoring via a VPN using a Huawei B315s router, PC-NVR software, Smart PSS, and OpenVPN. The user seeks guidance on accessing the camera's feed from outside their local network, as the current setup only allows access within the Wi-Fi network. Initial responses provided links to general VPN configuration guides, but the user clarified that they needed specific instructions for accessing the camera image externally. The camera model is identified as BCS-TIP1130IR, and it was noted that there is no cloud support (P2P) available. A key solution was found: after configuring OpenVPN, the user can connect to the VPN and change the camera's IP address in the smartphone preview application to the permanent IP assigned by the VPN, enabling external access to the camera feed.
