Hello, I have a problem with the charger for the Einhell screwdriver, the original burned, I bought a replacement with the same parameters and does not charge the rechargeable batteries. There are two red diodes in the charger when it is charging and the green end of charging. In this replacement only green light shines, when I plug in, it shines a little more brightly but does not load. I measured the voltage on her output without connected aku and it was 13.25V, and I write on it that it has 18V. What could be wrong with her? Maybe someone had a similar problem? I am asking for advice on how to modify the charger to charge the batteries.
I measured the voltage on the charger between: + and the center 17.83V; between +, - 13.25V; between - and the 4.61V measure.
Charger parameters (replacement):
Type: JDA-180KA
230-250V, 50Hz, 70W
Iwa = 2A, Uwy = 18V
Thank you in advance for help and I am asking for advice.
