As in the subject of the problem with the throttle, a new control module was replaced in it but unfortunately the error P0638 is populated - THROTTLE MOTOR SHORT TO GROUND. I am waiting for help.

    Thank you in advance :)

The module itself? Look at the harness, especially the throttle plug.

The module itself has been replaced, and the entire damper has been thoroughly cleaned.

    Added after 11 [seconds]:

The module itself was replaced and the entire damper was thoroughly cleaned.

Look in the fuse box, under them a wide ankle, disconnect and look closely at the pins and cables whether they are flooded and rotten.

We are talking about a fuse box where they are inside the car?

No, the one next to the left lamp, in the engine compartment.

I connect to the topic, I have the same problem with iveco daily 2.3 hpi 2007, the same error, throttle exchanged and there is still a problem. Does anyone have a schematic of the engine driver? in order to check wiring, autodata, tolerance data do not have a schematic in the database and idc4 has a schematic but it does not match the throttle control and egr because they are on solenoid valves and here is a throttle.
Is anyone able to help this scheme?

The wide ankle was checked, I did not notice anything disturbing. Besides, it would be very strange that in the car from 2009 cables could be rotting :P

Rot and in newer ones because Ducato and Boxer have a small factory defect and can be full of water on these bundles.
To check the wiring of the ECU throttle, not just the ankle itself.

Everything is nice, but to the new throttle, if there is one after the modification, you need an adapter between the plug and the throttles, because life will not work

What are you talking about? If the throttle is ordered by the body number, then it comes with what it should, even if the engine is specified, and the plugs match.

Exactly, after the change-over throttle has a different plug and you need an adapter which costs about 160 PLN. Photo from the adapter:

There is someone able to send me a diagram for such an engine because as I wrote earlier the scheme of the engine in iveco 2.3 hpi does not match the throttle which is the same in iveco as in ducato 2.3 mjtd. I have such an ankle (black - as above put in the picture)

Exactly how colleagues write above - new throttles - new adapter now 160 - some time ago I paid 600 in carserw ...... August. Regarding decay. It rot and rubs everything - especially on the bulkhead wall.

    I confirm what @DoctorCar wrote
After transferring the pins in the plug according to the drawing, the Pierburg throttle instead of Wahler 7523D works, there is no error :-)

In addition, I am posting a photo of the plugin with superior Pins

@DoctorCar thanks a lot for your help!!!
